Vapour Degreasing

Removal of oil and grease

Hot vapour degreasing is suitable for most metals including steel, aluminium and iron. This service is generally suited to smaller items to be treated in higher volumes such as brackets, bolts and shims.

Prior to coating, it is essential that all oil or grease is removed from the metal components.

We use a vapour degreasing plant designed to wash components in a continuously replenished supply of hot vapour to remove all traces of grease.

Surface preparation

Surface preparation is a critical part of our metal treatment process. Not only does it improve the longevity of the final paint coating, but also the durability and performance of your metal components.

Without proper preparation and pre-treatment, metal parts that are exposed to the elements can rust and deteriorate.
